Easy Setting & Acid Dyeable Spandex is a next-generation functional elastic fiber designed to solve two major challenges in fabric dyeing and finishing: processing temperature and dye absorption. Qianxi easy-setting and acid dyeable spandex can greatly increase its setting, dye absorption and color fastness with acid dyes. Spandex/nylon union fabric can be efficiently reduced setting temperature, and achieve a more colorful effect to raise the products levels of the customers.

It can meet the requirements of beautiful colors of nylon elastic fabrics after dyeing, effectively eliminate the grin-through problem of conventional spandex, and the heat-setting temperature of the fabric can be 10-15℃ lower than that of conventional spandex. Compared to conventional spandex, heat setting temperature can be reduced by 10C to 15C and energy consumption also can be reduced.

This innovative fiber combines two breakthrough features:
